Cancelling your subscription

If you want to stop your Bokko subscription, manage the cancellation from the Subscription page through the Customer Portal.

You can schedule cancellation at any time. The paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and the cancellation is managed through the Customer Portal.

Cancel the subscription

  1. In the dashboard, open Subscription.
  2. Open the Customer Portal from the Subscription page.
  3. Use the portal to cancel the plan.
  4. The cancellation stays scheduled until the current billing period ends.
InfoCancellation does not immediately delete your data. If you want the account and data removed, use the separate account deletion flow.

What happens after cancellation

  • Your paid access remains active until the current billing period ends.
  • When access ends, the booking page is paused and new bookings stop.
  • If you reactivate before the paid period ends, you can keep using the same subscription without interruption.
  • If the period has already ended, start a new subscription from the Subscription page.

Restarting later

If you change your mind before the billing period ends, reopen the Customer Portal and remove the scheduled cancellation there. After the period ends, start a new subscription from the Subscription page.
