Bokko gives you a free 30-day trial with the features of the Pro plan. You do not need to enter a card for the trial, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
When it starts
The trial starts when you first publish your booking page, not when you sign up, so setting up does not use up your 30 days. The trial is available once per account: if the owner’s account has already had a trial, no new one starts, and online booking needs a paid plan.
You can see the days left on the My subscription page in the dashboard. We also remind you by email and notification 7 days and 1 day before the trial ends.
What happens when the trial ends
- Online booking pauses: guests cannot place new bookings on your booking page.
- Nothing is charged automatically: Bokko does not take any payment and does not switch you to a paid plan on its own.
- Your settings and data stay: services, team members, guests and bookings remain in place.
- To continue, choose a plan on the Plans page. Once the subscription is active, guests can book again.

During the trial, the amount shown on the My subscription page is the Pro price after the trial, if you choose Pro — nothing is charged during the trial. The exact amount you will be billed is shown on the Plans page and the payment page before you pay.
Switching during the trial
You do not have to wait for the trial to end. During the trial, you can start the Pro subscription from the My subscription page, or choose a plan on the Plans page. After the trial has ended, activate your subscription on the Plans page.
