Publishing your booking page

Your booking page becomes available to guests only after activation. This article explains the Publish checklist, preview step, activation flow, and post-publish sharing tools.

Until your booking page is activated, guests cannot use your public booking flow. Bokko guides you through readiness checks, preview, and activation from the Publish page.

Before you publish

InfoPayment settings (deposit, card guarantee) are not required to publish. You can activate the booking page first and add payment options later from Booking rules.
  • Your profile is filled out with your business name and, if you want, your logo
  • At least one service has been added
  • Opening hours are configured
  • Your booking rules match how you want to work
  • You have completed a preview / test booking step when Bokko asks for it

Publishing steps

  1. In the dashboard, open the Publish page.
  2. Review the setup status. Every hard blocker must be resolved before activation, while warnings are only recommendations.
  3. Complete the preview / test-booking step if Bokko still asks for it, or if the flow changed since the last preview.
  4. Click Activate online booking on the Publish page.
  5. If legal acceptance is required, confirm it in the flow before the page goes live.
TipAfter activation, the same Publish area lets you copy the link, open a preview, download a QR code, open share options, copy embed snippets for websites, or pause the booking page again later.

If you use multiple locations, the Publish page also shows location-level booking readiness. Bokko can show whether each location is active, publicly visible, and has the minimum setup needed for booking, such as open days, active services, active staff and a compatible schedule.

What happens after publishing?

Guests can open your public page, choose a service and a slot, then submit a booking request. Bokko marks the page as live and you can manage incoming requests from the Requests inbox.
