Publishing your booking page

Your booking page becomes available to guests only after you publish it. Here is how to make it live and finish the initial setup.

Until your booking page is published, only you can see it in preview mode. Your guests cannot book yet. Publishing it takes one click.

Before you publish

  • Your profile is filled out with your business name and, if you want, your logo
  • At least one service has been added
  • Opening hours are configured
  • Your booking rules match how you want to work

Publishing steps

  1. In the dashboard, open the Publishing page.
  2. Review the setup checklist. Every required item has to be green before publishing.
  3. Click Publish.
  4. Bokko shows your booking link. This is the URL you can share with guests.
TipYour booking link looks like https://foglalas.bokko.app/your-business-name. You can find it again anytime in the Booking page section.

What happens after publishing?

Guests can open your link, choose a service and an available slot, then submit a booking request. You receive a notification and can approve or reject the request.
