How to put your Bokko booking link on your Google Business Profile

Add your Bokko booking link to your Google Business Profile so customers who find you in Search can book directly. Plus: how to wire your Google review link into the post-service email follow-up.

If you have a Google Business Profile, customers who find you in Search can convert into Bokko bookings in a couple of clicks — provided you paste your Bokko booking link into the profile's booking field.

InfoThis is not an official Google partner integration — it's a simple link paste you manage yourself. On your Google profile, tapping the Book button takes the customer straight to your Bokko booking page.

Step by step: add the Bokko link

  • Bokko dashboard → Discoverability / Publish page → copy your booking link.
  • Open your Google Business Profile (business.google.com).
  • Edit profile → Bookings section.
  • Paste the Bokko link into the Booking link field → Save.
  • Wait a few minutes, then search for your business on Google — the Book an appointment button appears.

Two days after a completed appointment, Bokko sends an email to your guest asking how the service went. If you provide your Google review link in Bokko, the email includes a ⭐ Rate us on Google button that takes the guest directly to your Google review form.

  • Get your Google review link: Google Business Profile → Read reviews → Share / Get Google reviews → copy.
  • Bokko dashboard → Business info → Google presence (optional) → paste it into the Google review link field → Save.
  • From the next completed appointment onwards, the CTA button appears automatically in the follow-up email.
TipThe Google review link works best when you also add the Bokko booking link to your Google profile. That way the entire guest journey stays inside Bokko: book → service → review.

What does the `?utm_source=…` at the end of the link mean

If Bokko provides a booking link with appended UTM parameters (e.g. ?utm_source=google_business_profile&utm_medium=booking_link), that is not an error — it is an analytics tag that lets Bokko later show you how many guests came in from Google. Don't strip the parameters, leave them as is.

If you rename your Bokko slug (username)

Bokko now guarantees that if you rename your booking link slug (e.g. foglalas.bokko.app/old-namefoglalas.bokko.app/new-name), the old URL keeps working — Bokko automatically redirects to the canonical address. So the link you put on your Google profile will not break after a rename. You don't have to touch anything on the Google side.
