Your business profile contains the key information shown to guests on the booking page. It is worth completing it early, because the same data also affects publish readiness.
Where to find it
- Sign in to the Bokko dashboard.
- In the left menu, open Business details.

The current Business details screen also includes legal and operational fields such as a legal controller name, a public privacy email, currency, and the guest-booking time-step setting.
Operational controls on this screen
- You can set the business currency before services lock it in.
- You can choose whether guests are allowed to leave a booking note during the booking flow.
- You can update your activity profile to better describe the type of business you run.
- If your plan allows it, you can control whether the Bokko badge appears on the booking page.
Upload a logo
The Business details screen includes a dedicated logo upload area.
- Click the logo area.
- Upload a JPG, PNG or WEBP image.
- Save the profile.
Extra visibility settings
This screen also contains a small set of operational toggles, including the Bokko badge visibility and whether guests can leave a booking note when requesting an appointment.
Saving
Changes take effect after you click Save. Bokko confirms the successful save with an in-app message.
