Booking step
The booking step sets the minute increment used when you drag bookings in the calendar, and the grid that time selection snaps to. 30 minutes is the most common; if you offer short (15–20 minute) services, a 15-minute grid gives you better utilisation. You can change it at any time.
Logo
The screen has a dedicated logo upload area: click it, or drag a file onto it.
- Accepted formats: JPG, PNG or WebP.
- Maximum size: 2 MB.
Google presence
A separate, optional section with three fields. They appear on your booking page, in the structured data search engines read, and in the follow-up email sent to guests.
- Website URL — in https:// format.
- Google Maps link — the Maps share link (e.g. maps.app.goo.gl/…). The "Open in Google Maps" button on your booking page points here.
- Google review link — e.g. g.page/r/…/review. In the post-service follow-up email, guests get a "⭐ Rate us on Google" button that leads here.
Business switches on this screen
- Discounts & gift cards — master switch. Turning it off makes promo codes, per-guest discounts and gift cards all inactive, regardless of what you have already created.
- Online sales — decide what guests can buy directly from your booking page (public gift card purchase, online pass sales).
- Booking note field — when on, guests can leave a short special request while booking.
- Record on-site payment at completion — when on, you can record the payment method (cash, bank transfer, card, external terminal) and the document when completing a booking. Invoicing works independently of this.
- Show Bokko badge — the "Powered by Bokko" line on your booking page. Available from the Starter plan.
Saving
This page saves in two ways. Most fields — display name, phone, legal controller name, GDPR contact email, the Google presence URLs, timezone, booking step and activities — are saved automatically, and you can see the status in the page header. The address, the currency and the public contact email are only saved when you press the Save button that appears at the bottom of the page. Saving updates your public booking page immediately, and if you try to navigate away with unsaved changes, Bokko warns you.
