Opening hours determine when guests can book appointments. If a day has no opening hours, Bokko treats it as closed and does not offer any time slots.
Configure opening hours
- In the dashboard, click Availability in the left menu.
- Set the opening and closing time for each day.
- If a day is closed, such as Sunday, turn off the day switch.
- You can add multiple breaks within a day, for example a lunch break.
- Click Save.
InfoIf you work with staff members, their working hours are configured separately inside your overall opening hours.
Set a day off or one-time closure
If you want to close your calendar for a one-off reason, such as a holiday or vacation day, use the blocked slots feature. That way your weekly opening hours stay unchanged.
