Only active services can appear in Bokko, and only active online-bookable services appear on the public booking page. Each service stores its duration, price and optional booking buffers.
Add a new service
- In the dashboard, open Services.
- Click New service.
- Enter the service name.
- Set the duration and price.
- Optionally add a short description.
- Optionally set buffer time before or after the appointment.
- If categories exist, choose a category.
- Decide whether the service should be online bookable.
- Save the service.
Categories and visibility
Services can be grouped into categories, and you can also keep a service active without showing it on the public booking page by turning off online booking for that service.
TipThis is useful for internal-only services or services you do not want guests to book directly.
Activate, deactivate, edit or delete
- Open the service row to edit it.
- Use the switch to activate or deactivate the service.
- Use the action menu if you want to delete it.
WarningThe number of active services can be limited by your current plan.
