You can move confirmed bookings directly in the calendar without opening a separate dialog. This is useful when you need to adjust a slot quickly during the day.
- Open the calendar and navigate to the day of the booking you want to reschedule.
- Click the booking card and start dragging it. The item becomes semi-transparent and a floating block appears.
- Drag it to the new slot. While dragging, Bokko shows the target start time.
- If the target slot is free, shown as green, release it and the booking moves immediately.
- If the target slot is occupied or outside opening hours, shown as red, release it and the booking snaps back to its original time.
InfoThe move is only reflected in your dashboard. Bokko does not notify the guest automatically, so contact them manually if needed.
TipBookings move in 15-minute increments. If you need a more precise time, open the booking details and edit it manually.
Limitations
- Only confirmed bookings can be dragged. Pending or canceled items cannot be moved this way.
- Dragging works only within the same day. You cannot move the booking to another date.
- If the target collides with another booking or blocked time, Bokko does not allow the move.
