Creating a manual booking

You can create appointments for guests who contact you by phone, in person or in chat, without sending them through the booking page.

Create a manual booking when the guest arranges the appointment with you directly by phone, in person or in a message instead of sending a request through the booking page.

Create the booking

  1. In the dashboard, open the Manual appointment screen.
  2. Select the service.
  3. Set the start date and time.
  4. Enter the guest's name, or link an existing guest from the guest picker.
  5. Optionally add a phone number and a note.
  6. Click Create appointment.
InfoA manual booking is confirmed immediately. It does not go through the pending-request stage, and it does not create a deposit payment flow.
TipThe phone number is optional, but Bokko cannot send SMS reminders for the booking without it.

What happens after saving

After a successful save, Bokko records the appointment and takes you back to the Appointments view. If you linked an existing guest, the booking also stays connected to that guest profile.
