Creating a manual booking

You can create appointments for guests who contact you by phone, in person or in chat, without sending them through the booking page.

Create a manual booking when the guest arranges the appointment with you directly by phone, in person or in a message instead of sending a request through the booking page.

Create the booking

  1. In the dashboard, open the Calendar page.
  2. Click the desired time slot in the calendar, or click + New booking.
  3. Enter the guest's name by selecting an existing guest or adding a new one.
  4. Choose the service.
  5. Check the time and the staff member if relevant.
  6. Click Create booking.
InfoA manual booking is approved immediately. It does not go through the pending-request stage.

Send a confirmation to the guest

When the booking is created, Bokko can optionally send a confirmation email or SMS. Use the dialog shown during creation to decide whether to send it.
