Create a manual booking when the guest arranges the appointment with you directly by phone, in person or in a message instead of sending a request through the booking page.
Create the booking
- In the dashboard, open the Calendar page.
- Click the desired time slot in the calendar, or click + New booking.
- Enter the guest's name by selecting an existing guest or adding a new one.
- Choose the service.
- Check the time and the staff member if relevant.
- Click Create booking.
InfoA manual booking is approved immediately. It does not go through the pending-request stage.
Send a confirmation to the guest
When the booking is created, Bokko can optionally send a confirmation email or SMS. Use the dialog shown during creation to decide whether to send it.
