The daily timeline on the Overview screen is the central surface of the daily workflow. It helps you move between dates, review confirmed bookings and see blocked time in context.
Move between dates
- Use the left and right arrows in the date bar to move one day backward or forward.
- Click the date to open the date picker.
- Use Today to jump back to the current day.
What you see in the timeline
- Confirmed bookings appear as timeline cards for the selected day.
- Blocked slots also appear in the timeline, using the color of the block type.
- If you work with staff members, bookings can use the assigned staff color.
- The timeline can extend outside opening hours if an entry falls earlier or later than the normal schedule.
Filter by staff member
If your salon has active staff members, a filter row appears above the timeline. You can switch between All staff and an individual colleague.
Open booking details
- Click any booking card in the timeline.
- A detail panel opens with the guest, service and booking data.
- From there you can continue with the available booking actions for that appointment.
