Every guest who books with you is automatically added to the guest list. Their data is handled according to GDPR requirements and Bokko's privacy rules.
Open the guest list
- In the dashboard, click Guests in the left menu.
- Use search to find guests by name or phone number, and use the service filter chips if you want to narrow the list to guests linked to a specific service.
What a guest profile contains

Add a note
- Click the guest name in the list.
- Use the Note field in the guest profile for work-related details such as preferences or follow-up context.
- The note is saved automatically.
No-show history and blocking
In the guest profile, you can also see data indicating the guest's reliability: the number of successful visits, the missed (no-show) occasions, and the guest's blocked status.
- The No-show counter automatically increases if you mark a guest's booking as a no-show.
- If a guest is unreliable, you can disable their further online booking options using the Block Guest button in their profile.
Delete a guest
If a guest requests deletion of their data, you can remove their profile from the guest screen. The deletion is permanent.
