Managing guests

Bokko automatically creates a guest profile after the first booking. This article explains how to view, filter, edit and manage your guest list.

Every guest who books with you is automatically added to the guest list. Their data is handled according to GDPR requirements and Bokko's privacy rules.

Open the guest list

  1. In the dashboard, click Guests in the left menu.
  2. Use search to find guests by name or phone number, and use the service filter chips if you want to narrow the list to guests linked to a specific service.

What a guest profile contains

Add a note

  1. Click the guest name in the list.
  2. Use the Note field in the guest profile for work-related details such as preferences or follow-up context.
  3. The note is saved automatically.
WarningOnly write work-related information in guest notes. Privacy rules apply to personal guest data there as well.

Delete a guest

If a guest requests deletion of their data, you can remove their profile from the guest screen. The deletion is permanent.
