Booking is not showing up

If a guest says they booked an appointment but you cannot see it in the dashboard, this guide helps you figure out what happened.

If a guest confirms they booked but you cannot find the appointment in the dashboard, there are a few common causes. Check them in order.

1. Check the right inbox first

  1. Open Requests and check both pending requests and reschedule items.
  2. Then open Appointments and review the Today and Upcoming tabs.
  3. If you use staff filtering elsewhere in the dashboard, make sure you are looking at the correct colleague.
TipConfirmed bookings appear on Appointments, while requests waiting for action appear on Requests.

2. Confirm the guest completed the flow

A booking only enters the system after the guest completes the flow and reaches the confirmation step. If they leave early or do not finish a required payment or card step, the booking may never be created.

3. Check whether it belongs to another staff member

If the booking was made for another colleague, it may not be in the view you expected. Review the staff assignment and the relevant day on the calendar.

4. Refresh the page

Sometimes the browser is showing stale data. Use a hard refresh with Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac.
