If you are not receiving notifications about new bookings, the cause is usually an email filtering or configuration issue. Go through the checks below in order.
1. Check your Spam or Junk folder
Emails can sometimes land in spam, especially the first time. If you find it there, mark it as "Not spam" and add support@bokko.app to your trusted contacts.
2. Check the email address on your profile
- In the dashboard, go to Account settings → Profile.
- Verify that the email address is correct.
- If you changed it, save the profile and test again with a new trial booking.
3. For SMS notifications, check your SMS credit
SMS notifications require available SMS credit. If the credit is used up, Bokko stops sending SMS messages, but email notifications still go out. You can buy more credit on Subscription → SMS credit.
4. Check the system status
If everything above looks correct, review the current system status at status.bokko.io. If there is an incident affecting notifications, it will be listed there.
