Customizing email branding

How to change the accent color and footer text of your branded emails in Bokko, what the preview shows, and what reset does.

Bokko lets you customize a small part of your outgoing email look under Email branding. This feature is available only when email template customization is enabled for your salon.

Where to open it

  1. Open the notifications area in the dashboard.
  2. Go to the email templates section.
  3. Open Email branding.
WarningIf the feature is not available on your current plan, Bokko shows an upsell screen instead of the branding editor.

What you can customize

In the current version, Bokko only stores these two values for email branding. Other email colors are not configurable from this screen.

Preview behavior

The branding screen includes an HTML preview. You can refresh the preview manually and switch between desktop and mobile viewport sizes.

The preview is generated from the booking confirmed email template, so it is meant to show the visual branding result rather than every possible email variation at once.

Save and reset

  • Click Save to store the selected accent color and footer text.
  • If both fields are effectively empty, Bokko removes the stored email branding config instead of saving an empty customization.
  • Click Reset if you want to remove the current email branding settings and go back to the default appearance.

Footer text is saved as plain text and trimmed before storage. Very long footer text is limited by the editor.
