The Statistics page helps you review bookings, revenue, occupancy and trends from the dashboard. If the feature is not available on your current plan, Bokko shows an upgrade prompt instead of the statistics cards.
Choose a date range
- Open the Statistics page in the dashboard.
- At the top, choose Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or a Custom range.
- When you change the selected range, Bokko recalculates the range-based cards automatically.
TipThe trend charts are separate from the range selector. They always show the last 8 weeks, even if you picked a shorter or custom date range above.
What the cards mean
| Card | What it shows |

| Bookings | Booking totals, accepted bookings, completed bookings, cancelled bookings, no-shows and completion rate for the selected range |
| Revenue | Revenue from completed bookings only |
| Top services | Your most-booked services based on completed bookings |
| By staff member | Booking count by staff member when there is meaningful staff split data |
| Occupancy | Booked minutes versus available opening-hours minutes for the selected range |
| Trends | Weekly booking and no-show trends for the last 8 weeks |
Important behavior to know
- Revenue only counts completed bookings.
- If older completed bookings are missing a stored service price, Bokko shows the revenue card with an incomplete-data note.
- Occupancy depends on your opening hours. If Bokko cannot calculate meaningful available minutes for the selected range, the occupancy card shows no data.
- The staff breakdown card hides itself when the selected range does not produce a meaningful split.
Exporting appointments to CSV
Use Export appointments (CSV) in the top right corner to download the bookings for the currently selected date range.
