Google Calendar sync

With Google Calendar sync, approved bookings in Bokko appear automatically in your Google Calendar, and busy events in Google can block booking availability.

The Google Calendar integration provides two-way sync. Approved bookings from Bokko appear in Google Calendar, and events already stored in Google can block time slots on your booking page.

Turn sync on

  1. In the dashboard, open SettingsIntegrations.
  2. Click Connect Google Calendar.
  3. A Google sign-in window opens. Choose the Google account whose calendar you want to sync.
  4. Allow Bokko to access your calendar.
  5. The sync becomes active, and your past and upcoming bookings appear in Google Calendar within a few seconds.
TipThe sync is designed for future bookings. Older calendar events are not imported back into Bokko retroactively.
