Integrations overview

What you can connect from the Integrations page, which sections are plan-based, and what connected and not connected states mean in Bokko.

The Integrations page is the central place where you connect external services to Bokko. Depending on your current plan, some cards may be available immediately while others appear locked until the required feature is enabled.

What you can manage on this page

Connected and not connected states

Each integration card shows a status badge such as Connected or Not connected. This gives you a quick overview without opening every setup flow.

  • The Online payments section can show the active provider, pending onboarding items, and archived connections.
  • Google Calendar shows whether a calendar integration is already connected.
  • Invoice provider cards show readiness information after a successful setup.
  • API keys and webhooks show whether you already have active configuration in place.

Important behavior to know

  • Some integrations are feature-gated, so a locked card usually means the feature is not available on your current plan.
  • When you start payment setup, Bokko opens a provider picker where you choose Stripe, Barion or OTP SimplePay.
  • Billingo and Számlázz.hu are handled as separate invoice provider setups. Bokko warns you if another invoice provider is already configured.
  • API keys can be created and revoked from the Integrations page, and the list shows the key name, suffix, capabilities and status.
  • Webhook configuration lets you edit the destination URL, rotate the secret and deactivate the webhook.
  • When you rotate a webhook secret, treat the new secret as a show-once value and store it safely before you close the dialog.

When to open the detailed setup guides

Use the Integrations page as your overview and control center. If you want step-by-step help for one specific connection, open the dedicated article for that integration or payment flow.
