Setting up Számlázz.hu invoicing

How to connect Számlázz.hu in Bokko, what the Agent key verification actually checks, which invoice defaults you choose, and what happens if another invoice provider is already active.

You can connect Számlázz.hu from the Integrations page under Számlázz.hu. Bokko stores the integration settings you choose for invoice generation and shows a readiness panel after a successful setup.

Connect Számlázz.hu

  1. Open Integrations in the dashboard.
  2. Go to Számlázz.hu and click the connect button.
  3. Enter your Számlázz.hu Agent key and click Verify.
  4. If the check succeeds, continue with the configuration step.
WarningThe initial verification is only a syntactic Agent key check. It does not fully validate your live invoice flow against Számlázz.hu at this stage.

Readiness state after setup

After a successful connection, the Számlázz.hu card shows the connection status, invoice mode, default VAT rate, default payment method and connection date.

TipBokko stores the Számlázz.hu integration in automatic final invoice mode, so the invoice flow is configured around that mode from the start.

What happens if another invoice provider is active?

Számlázz.hu and Billingo are handled as separate providers. If Billingo is already active, Bokko shows a warning. When you connect Számlázz.hu successfully, Bokko deactivates the other active invoice provider instead of keeping both active at the same time.

Disconnect Számlázz.hu

  1. Open the Számlázz.hu card.
  2. Click Disconnect.
  3. Confirm the action.

Disconnecting removes the stored Számlázz.hu integration and its saved secret from Bokko. Existing invoices are not deleted.
